Allison Bicol

The MDAA is pleased to announce Allison Bicol as our RDA of the Month for August! 

Allison has been an RDA for over six years.  Currently she works at Reflections Dental Health Centre where she is considered one of “the most valuable players”  and the "go to girl" by co workers.  Allison has an incredibly diverse skill set assisting with implants, pinhole surgeries, scanning with itero CBCT scans, Zoom in office whitening and administration.  Allison even takes care of the office website!  Cosmetic dentistry and implant surgeries are her favorite procedures to assist.  Being able to help others is what Alison values most about being a dental assistant.
